The Management of the School is governed by the Board of Trustees, that governs over strategic and budgetary decisions concerning both operations of the IB division and the regular school. The Management is represented at the School by its President.
The IB division is organized as outlined below. The IB Pedagogical Leadership Team consists of the President, the Consultant for IB Continuum Development, the Vice-President for English instruction, Director for Chinese Instruction, and the programme coordinators and consultants. Decisions about day-to-day operations, professional development and programme concerns are taken at this level.
